Hi my name is Bill Rickard. I have over 40 years experience in custom fabrication. I have taken all of what I have learned and put it in to custom handlebars. I feel that I have created some of the wildest and hottest custom handlebars on the market today.

BRs Custom Bars LLC is a custom handle bar and engine guard fabricating shop. The bars you will see on this our website are some ideas of what we can do for you. All bars are made to the customer's specifications and suggestions. We do not specialize in mass production. Our bars are all made on site. We do not duplicate other company's bars.
When you call, if we don't answer, please email us: Brscustombars@gmail.com. We are a working shop. There may be times when we are on the other line with a customer or in the shop and can't get to the phone. Your call is very important to us and we will get back to you.
When you call please have your year, make, and model of your motorcycle. Please also let us know what style of handle bars you are interested in. We also need you to go to our "Measuring Up New Bars" page. Please let us know what Rise, Width, and Pull back you would like. We measure our bars differently than other companies.
Please call our office 716-679-1966 for a quote. All bars on this store can take 6 to 8 weks
I know that some customers will not be able to contact us on the phone during our business hours. We prefer to not communicate with our customers via email but we understand that isn't always possible. If you do email us, please be specific in the bars you are interested in, what motorcycle you have, what finish you would like, and what state the bars will be shipped too.
In some cases where email becomes difficult to communicate, then we will set up a time to speak with you on the phone.

Please give us 48 hours to respond to messages and emails.
Shipping - We ship UPS, Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery to the States and we use USPS to ship internationally. If you need your bars quicker than our standard shipping you must pay the difference before the bars leave our shop.
We are extremely busy. Please understand that we do our best to get your bars out by the time frame we give you when you place your order. Every bar is made custom. It takes time. You are ordering a high quality handle bar and we will not send a bar out that is not to our standards just to meet the time frame.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have been receiving a lot of questions via email. I have tried to make a list up of the most common ones.
The bar I was looking at has a 10" rise. Can I change that to 9"?
Yes. Every bar is made to order. The specifications listed under each picture is just to give you an idea of what a bar with those specs look like. You can change the rise, pull back, width, etc..
What finishes do you offer?
The bars can be shipped out raw steel, powder coated, and show chrome. We only offer black powder coating in a flat, satin, or gloss finish.
Can you make bars for my metric or custom motorcycle?
Yes. The bars on my site can be built for any motorcycle.
Can you recommend a type of bar for me?
I prefer to not recommend a type of bar. Handle bars are very personal. They have to be comfortable and you have to like the design. I do recommend that you spend some time on my website and look at the many bars I offer.
Your website lists one price for a handle bar. How much would it be if I change the specifications?
The prices should remain the same. I only list the specifications so you can get an idea of what that bar looks like at those specifications. Normal adjusting of the measurements should not affect the price listed. Drastic adjustments may increase the price.
How do I measure up my bars so I can give you the right specifications?
If you go to my "Measuring New Bars Up" page, I have step by step instructions and a video.
I have a pair of bars I want to design and I don't see anything like them on your site. Can you build them for me?
Please call to discuss this with me.
DO NOT tear your bike apart before you receive your bars. We give you a time frame but we do sometimes run into problems.
DISCLAMERS
Due to some recent issues that have been brought to my attention there is now a need for me to clarify some things:
If we remake a customers custom bar to replace the first custom bars the customer is responsables for returning the first bars back to BRs Custom Bars or set up
how and when the bars will be returned . If the contact is not made in 30 day the second pair of bars will be bill out to you. If and when the bars are returned the customer will be reimbursed there money back for the returned bars .
If you decide to cancel a bar order after the bars has been made and shipped out to you you own it sorry .
- If you have altered your front end in any way you need to notify me. If you do not notify me, then I am not liable for damages or improper fit of handle bars or guards. My designs are for stock measurements and stock accessories.
- I explain the measurements to every customer when the order is placed. Before any bar leaves the shop the measurements are double checked and verified to match the order.
- If you order cables and you provide me with the measurements you need, I am not liable if they do not fit.
- Do not tear your bike apart until you receive your bars. We run into problems sometimes. I will not send a pair of bars out that are not up to my standards just to get them out the door.
- If by some chance your bars are damaged in shipping, DO NOT dispose of the box or contents of the box. If it is due to Fed Ex's error, they will need to schedule a time to inspect the package and contents for damage. Please contact the office if your bars are damaged and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
- If you needed your bars to arrive to the shipping address quicker than Fed Ex Ground, you will be responsible to pay the difference before the bars leave the shop. We do not over night or two day bars for customers under any circumstances.
- we do not guarantee powder coating or chrome plating after one year from day of sale.
with in one year we will powder coat or work with the chrome shop to get the bars repaired
we do not pay to remove the bars or pay to install them sorry
Refunds Returns Exchanges
If you cancel your once payment is processed do to parts being made and time working on specs to make the wrigth bars for the customer you will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order once the bar is complete (raw steel or with a finish applied) you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
If you reject the shipment and return the package to us you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
If you order cables and cancel your order after two weeks you own your cables.
We will not issue a refund until we have received the product and we have reviewed it for damages.
Any and all returns, refunds, MUST be taken care of with in 30 days. We will not honor any returns or refunds after 30 days of you receiving your handlebars.
If you need to return or exchange your cables, we HAVE to follow the manufacturers

To become a dealer for BRs Custom Bars is SIMPLE!
1) Fill out the application completely and return via fax or email. It must include all information requested and a signature. You must also include the required business documentation listed on the top right of the application.
****If the application is not filled out completely and the required documentation is not included, we will NOT be able to apply the dealer discount.****

Dealer Policy
Due to some recent issues, we have had to start a policy that in order to become a dealer and receive the dealer discount you have to order ONE bar at full retail. Any bar(s) ordered after the first bar will have the dealer discount applied to it. The only exception to this is if you order more than THREE bars in the first order. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you have not ordered from us in 12 months you will be removed from our dealer program.
